How do you clean and maintain wool?
After a long transportation in a plastic bag shake the natural fiber product well at the open air in order to restore the fibers.
You can vacuum the article with the help of a smooth attachment to your vacuum cleaner to remove hair left after combing or sewing.
Bed spreads made of natural fiber – wool, lama, cashmere, angora, silk and moocher shouldn’t be washed. Washing is unnecessary for the normal usage, since such spreads contain a high percentage of lanolin, which allows them to self-clean, and protects them from penetration of dirt and bacteria. Airing the spreads (Once a week, desirable for the whole day) is enough to always keep them clean and hygienic.
Susceptibility to laundry for every single article significantly depends on its “weak sides”. It can happen that it is impossible to wash the lining due to its special stuffing, while it is quite possible to wash the exterior side of the same quality.
If the natural fibers article becomes very dirty, it is recommended to make en acid solution from a detergent intended for the cleaning the wool, and water (maximal temperature up to 30ºC), apply it on the article with the help of a sponge, and remove it after it gets dry. The next such cleaning will be required after a long period of time. Do not remove the attached label for the dry cleaning personnel to know how to treat the article.

For all production and material failures the Bauer Comfort Company supplies a warranty of 5 years on all our products. Warranty is void should the wool not have been treated according to our instructions (washing & cleaning).
What is the return policy?
All items are final sale. However, you may get a store credit If you looking to upgrade your package. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included.
For your protection, items must be insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. For example, if you bought an item that came with free extra batteries or a telescope that came with a free cover. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund.
When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature.
Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued.
